Do I need a deep cleaning before starting recurring service?
Not necessarily. Every home is different. Depending on your home's condition and cleaning needs, Breanna may recommend an initial deep cleaning before beginning regular maintenance visits.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Breanna brings basic cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, sensitivities, pets, or surfaces requiring special care, please discuss those needs before your appointment.
What's the difference between the $175 introductory visit and a whole-home cleaning?
The $175 introductory visit provides three hours of focused household help for first-time customers, with one introductory visit per household. It is a time-based service for agreed-upon priorities, not a complete whole-home or deep-cleaning package. Regular whole-home cleaning is quoted separately.
What can I choose during a Family Reset?
You choose the household priorities that would make the biggest difference for you. That might include a kitchen reset, light cleaning, a small organization project, next-day prep, or a combination of tasks. Breanna will focus on the priorities you choose during your reserved time.
What if my priority list is longer than my appointment?
The Family Reset is time-based. Breanna will work through your highest priorities during the reserved time, so everything on your list may not be completed in one visit. Every household and situation is different. If you need additional time or help beyond your scheduled reset, Breanna can discuss the options, availability, and any additional cost with you before continuing.
What areas do you serve?
Breanna serves Acworth and surrounding Cobb County communities. If you’re outside the immediate area, reach out and ask whether service is available at your location.
Do you offer move-in or move-out cleaning?
Yes. Because every home and move is different, move-in and move-out cleaning is quoted individually based on the home and scope of work. Contact Breanna with a few details about what you need, and she can discuss the service and pricing with you before the work is scheduled.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Breanna currently accepts Zelle, Cash App, Apple Cash, Credit and Debit Cards.
Are pets okay during my visit?
Absolutely. Breanna is comfortable working in homes with pets and is especially fond of animals. If your pet has any special needs, behaviors, or preferences Breanna should know about, just mention them when scheduling so everyone can have a comfortable visit.
Do I need to be home during my visit?
Not necessarily. Breanna understands that every household and schedule is different. Whether you prefer to be home during your visit or need to arrange access while you’re away, the details can be discussed with Breanna ahead of time so you can agree on what works best for everyone.
